In collaboration with you, we select the questions for your survey and set up the questionnaire.

Depending on the type of survey you choose, you can add up to 25 questions from Visiolink's QuestionCatalog and 5 of your own questions.

We insert or help insert the survey

In the ePaper, we insert the survey as an interstitial. Using our experience, we guide you and give tips to achieve high participation rate.

If you choose the Reader Insights Program, we help you set up the survey in up to 5 extra sources - e.g. your website, Facebook or newsletter.

We monitor and optimize

Once the survey is up and running, we monitor and optimize the campaign to further ensure high participation.

When the campaign is over, we analyze and report the results to you. The report includes benchmark against similar newspaper titles and a benchmark overview against yourself, if you've participated in a Visiolink User Survey before.


If you choose the Reader Survey Extended og Reader Insights Program, you get a 3 hour postworkshop in addition to a written report, which includes a presentation of the analysis, key findings and business opportunities based on survey results.
