Service and Support
If customers have questions or are experiencing problems with Visiolink’s solutions, it is possible to call or send an email with an error description. Visiolink does not answer mail inquiries outside normal business hours. For support on critical problems outside normal business hours, our support department can be contacted via phone on the above mentioned phone number, which is answered around the clock. Please note that support requests outside normal business hours are invoiced at 150% the current hourly rate.
Reported faults have high priority at Visiolink. At support requests received within normal opening hours, the work will start within one hour of receiving the request. Requests received outside of normal opening hours (via telephone) the work will commence within 4 hours.
If the error is not related to Visiolink solution, but due to circumstances at the customer, Visiolink will invoice the customer for time spent on problem solving or assistance to do so.
Visiolink’s solutions and systems are constantly being updated. Customer will be notified before major updates if they involve potential downtime.
